HALLOWEEN ON LAKESHORE

Every October, Lakeshore Avenue comes alive for the annual Halloween Parade and Harvest Festival, co-hosted by the Lakeshore Avenue Business Improvement District and Lakeshore Baptist Church. This year’s festivities will be on Saturday, October 26th, from 10 AM to 12 noon. Families are invited to gather at the church for fun games, exciting prizes, and a tasty handmade corn dog lunch. Afterward, join the parade in your best costume, trick-or-treating at participating businesses. Be sure to capture the fun at the photo booth—a memory for all ages!

HOLIDAY SEASON ON LAKESHORE

Each year, the Lakeshore Avenue Business Improvement District hosts a beloved holiday event the first weekend in December, transforming the neighborhood into a winter wonderland. Local businesses come together to offer special holiday sales, making it the perfect time for shopping. Many stores open their doors to host guest visitors for photo ops with Santa, holiday characters, or other festive figures. In addition to shopping, you’ll find plenty of holiday crafts and activities for all ages. Restaurants along the avenue get into the spirit, offering exclusive seasonal drinks and menu items. It’s a joyful weekend of festive fun, community spirit, and memorable moments—perfect for getting into the holiday season!
