Lakeshore Avenue has 15 that businesses are nominated for Oakland Magazine’s Best of Oakland and the East Bay! We also have new businesses on the avenue and are bustling with fun sights, products and experiences to enjoy.

Arizmendi will carry Vegan Pizza starting March 1! Whole vegan pizzas will be available as pre-order ONLY, with one-day advance notice. They say to expect the same great Arizmendi sourdough pizza made with The Butcher’s Son’s official vegan cheese. YUM!

Silver Moon Kids is welcoming spring already, be sure to enjoy their Easter window display! They also have great toys and clothes to welcome spring, be sure to stop by at 3233 Lakeshore!

Giving Back

Proposition Chicken is donating 10% of all it Monday February dine-in food sales to Guardian Training, a nonprofit martial arts gym in downtown Oakland, California. Guardian Training offers classes in boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and kick boxing FREE for kids ages 10 – 18, and offers affordable, sliding-scale memberships for adults, which automatically support the youth program.

Buckingham Wine and Spirits Selling its Business

After three decades, Buckinghams is selling its amazing Wines and Spirits store 3293 Lakeshore Ave. Buckingham’s has been an anchor of Lakeshore Ave for 30 years and will be sorely missed.
