Victoria Fong
Co-President
Victoria and her Husband, Barry, own the building that is the home to Hipline and Top Dog.
Barry Gilbert
Co-President
Barry and His Wife, Elaine, are the owners of the building that is the home of Proposition Chicken and Peet’s. The Gilbert’s are longtime members of the LABID.
Phing Yamamoto
Vice President
Phing and her Family are the owners of Colonial Donuts and the building that is the home of Lakeshore Produce.
Kelsey Heath
Secretary
Kelsey and her Brother, Cameron, are the owners of the building the GAP calls home.
Terri Ellis
Treasurer Pro-Tem
Terri is a representative appointed by the Heath Family, owners of the GAP building.
Marissa Betts
Member at Large
Marissa is the representative of the Betts Family who are the owners of Chevron and a business office on Westley Way.
Joe Hawkins
Merchant Representative
Joe is a representative of the LGBTQ Center located at 3207 Lakeshore Avenue. Joe is the co-founder and CEO of the Lakeshore LGBTQ Cultural District

Merchant Representative
Walter is a representative of the Prado Group, owners of the properties home to Trader Joe’s and Walgreens.
