Co-Director: Carol Knight – Facilitates the working relationship between all merchants and property owners. Liaisons weekly with City Leadership teams, OPD and Oakland Fire. Carol is the face of the BID walking the avenue weekly making sure that the streets are clean and works hand in hand daily with the security team.

Racheal works with all of the businesses on the avenue through social media promotion; sharing sales and events happening on Lakeshore. Furthermore Racheal connects the businesses together with the community through meaningful events hosted on the avenue throughout the year.
